Seven automobiles collided in Hamilton on Saturday night, killing one man.
It happened shortly after 7 p.m. on York Boulevard near the on-ramp to westbound Highway 403, according to Hamilton police.
According to Staff Sgt. Jo-Ann Savoie of Hamilton police, a male driver died in the crash.
Another individual was sent to Hamilton General Hospital with non-critical injuries, she said.
The cause of the collision is unknown.
Police are asking motorists to avoid the area as they complete the investigation. Roads are expected to be closed for several hours.
