Ingredients:
Whipping Cream 35%
1 litreCorn starch
2 tbsBlueberry – 500gm
Sugar 5 tbs
Lemon juice -2 tbs
Cinnamon stick -1 small piece
Method: Boil the whipping cream with corn starch until it thickens. When it is thick, pour it into the small serving dishes and set them aside in the refrigerator to cool down. On a separate pan add blueberry with sugar, lemon juice and cinnamon stick. Cook the berries until all the juices come out and get soften. Set it aside also for cooling down. When the milk pudding gets set and cold, top it up with the berry compote and serve it with any garnishes available.
