Syeda Nbila Mowla: Red onion – 2 pcs, cherry tomatoes – 500 gm, Cilantro – 200 gm, sugar- 1tbsp vinaigrette: White vinegar – 2 tbsp, sherry vinegar- 2 tbsp mustard oil- 12 tbsp, dijon mustard -2 tbsp, honey – 2 tbsp, fried cumin mix – 2 tsp black pepper salt
Steps: Grill the red onion after cutting in half under the broiler into the oven. Before grilling the onions add the sugar and salt into the onions. When the onions are charred take them out and cut into slices. Cut the cherry tomatoes in half and mix it with onions. Add the vinaigrette to the salt mixture and mix them well together. Add cilantro to garnish.
Vinaigrette: Mix all the ingredients very well and balanced salt according to your preference.
