Police in Ottawa has established that there was nothing criminal about the death of a man, but the Department is investigating itself. The man was treated for life-threatening wounds on the stage and later died, said paramedics. On Tuesday, three inspectors and an engineer returned to the site with an order and a requirement for the construction worker. The ministry has not disclosed the details of these orders.
