In connection with a firearms investigation, a 23-year-old Brampton man has been charged with 25 offences. Peel Regional Police Chief Nishan Duraiappah expressed his dissatisfaction with the justice system on Twitter.
He stated that the accused had been released from custody after being charged with multiple violent offences. The accused was held in custody, pending a bail hearing on Friday.
