A radio launch event where three radio stations were launched was held on August 16 at Grand Palace Convention Centre in Toronto, Canada.
Local Bangladeshis and also people from other communities attended the gala and took part in celebration of the launch of three radios– Youth Bangla Radio Toronto, Bangla Radio and Hinglish Radio.
Hosted by Ashikeen Farah, the evening became enjoyable with performances of beautiful song by noted local artist.
Respectable members of the Bangladeshi community in Canada including Akhlaque Hussain, Sonny Mir, Neel Nanda, Alam Moral, Shahidul Islam Mintu, Barrister Asm Tofazzel Haque delived inspirational speech on that occasion. Later in that evening, singer Kiran entertained the audience with a classic Hindi song. Farhana Choudhury’s amazing performance made the audience to get up and dance. Tito Kabir’s deep and mature voice fulfilled the evening as he presented some of Kishore Kumar hits.
