New Brunswick’s Edmundston region is entering the red alert stage of pandemic precautions.
Yesterday, 36 new diagnoses were reported in New Brunswick, with 24 in the Edmundston-Grand Falls area alone. Red-level rules specify that it will be necessary for many companies to close or reduce services to essential levels.
In single-family bubbles, residents will be asked to remain at home as much as possible. Outdoor gatherings with masks in place are limited to five people or fewer.
