Ingredients:
Salmon
Dijon mustard
Lemon juice
Cilantro
Black pepper

Shredded cheddar cheese

Red onion
Melted
butter Baguette

1 medium slice
Method: In a bowl mix the can salmon with Dijon Mustard, Mustard oil, cilantro, lemon juice, black pepper and salt. On a medium sliced baguette piece, add some melted butter, then top it with the Salmon Mixture. Add red onion and cheese on top of that. Bake it in the oven for 10 minutes and broil afterwards on high for 4 minutes. Serve it hot as a delicious evening snack.
