A man is dead following a shooting in the north end of Toronto late Sunday night. Around 9 p.m., police received several calls in the area of Jane Street and Falstaff Avenue for a shooting.
Police located an adult male amd a 27-year-old woman suffering from bullet wounds in a vehicle. Li said the man’s injuries, when rescue personnel arrived, seemed very critical, and despite measures to save his life, was pronounced dead on spot.
Since then, the homicide team has taken over the investigation; they’re seeking help from locals in regards to any camera footage or information they can provide. Police are working to confirm suspicious details.
