Shomporko desk :People thong at Danforth’s Eid Jamat. The Muslim community, especially Bangladeshi expatriates, thong at Dentonia Park near Danforth to say Eid-Ul-Adha prayer on August 11. People attended the jamat, which was held at 9:30am, with their friends and family members, in celebrating the sacred occasion. Like previous years, Danforth Islamic Center organized the Eid Jamat, which is considered as the largest jamat for the Bangladeshi community in Toronto.
