TORONTO – Hamilton police say that they are investigating an unverified report in regards to a child being covered at a home and have arrested two individuals as a component of their test.

Police say that they reacted to a home on Wellington Street North soon after 12 PM.

They say that they “can’t affirm the precision of the report” right now yet keep on researching.

The home where the examination is occurring gives off an impression of being deserted with its windows blocked.

One neighbor who talked with CTV News Toronto on Wednesday said that vagrants regularly utilize the home and that police are as often as possible brought in.

“I’m not astounded. Nothing would astonish me with those two houses,” Angela Marcy said in regards to the police examination.

Police say that they hope to be at the area for “a few days.”

It stays muddled what charges, assuming any, the two individuals arrested will confront.

“Anybody with data that could help police are approached to call Detective Ebert at 905-546-4167,” police said in a news discharge.

Officials with both the Hamilton police Major Crimes Unit are driving the examination.
