How to make
Sift flour, salt and baking powder, set aside.Combine butter, oil, lemon zest and sugar
Add eggs, milk and vanilla to the sugar mixture. Add dry ingredients and mix until just combined Fold in berries. Bake at 190 ˚C for approximately 30 minutes.
