Ingredients:
Beef 1kg
Onion 1 cup
Fried onion ½ cup
Garlic paste 1 tbsp
Ginger paste 1 tbsp
Yogurt 1 cup
Cardamom 6 pcs
Cinnamon 2 pcs
Cloves 5 pcs
Black pepper 6 pcs
Turmeric powder 1/2 tsp
Red chilli powder 1 tsp
Garam masala 2 tsp
Cumin powder 1 tsp
Coriander powder 1 tsp
Soy sauce 2 tbsp
Oil ½ cup
Salt To taste
Tadka:
Garlic clove 4 pcs
Dry Red chilis 4 pcs
Onion ½ pcs
Mustard Oil 3 tbsp
Steps:
Marinade the beef for an hour with onion, ginger garlic paste, fried onion, yogurt, spices, soy sauce and oil. Sautee in law temperature without adding any water. Let the fat come out and keep the beef mixture on top of the stove for another 2 to 3 hours. In a separate pan, add onion, garlic cloves and dry red chilli. Fry till golden brown. Add the Tadka to the beef curry and mix ’em together. Serve with Paratha or Rice.
