Rozana Kabir, Toronto

Kirkland is a products name,  but there is also a place outside Toronto a place in canada called Kirkland lake. Quebec is two hours away from Kirkland lake. At Quebec, there are events like vintage cars from 1900`s or 1800`s. There’s also writing like french as bienvenue (welcome), Bonjour (hello) and merci (thank you). The restaurants in Quebec are fantastic they have great service and have many varieties of food and dishes of food and dishes. They also serve ice cream after your meal and they’re ice cream does not taste sluggish like Toronto’s ice cream. Quebec is very famous of there trading and for their line of clothes and I have seen them at the National Fort of Quebec. They used beaver, bear and ice wolf skin for jackets. The bakers wear white gowns to bake and cook. The village of Quebec had tiny little houses made out of wood, they made hats out of fur too. The hats would have been like magic hats or fedoras. The hats have been used with fur on top|there are such medicine pouces and they are very small like you could put keys into them. There is a shed where a middle aged lady was showing her hats the lady let us take pictures and she also let me keep one of her hats. It was a blonde coloured hat with a pink bow. If you go far from the shed you will see many statues that shows the Quebec people’s work for medicine, cooking and how they took care of their children To describe Kirkland lake it would be a calm, quiet and gentle place to live. It is also like living back at the western and 1990 or 1980 so you adults have a chance to reminisce your childhood with glee and happiness. By 9:00 the whole city is lights out. Kirkland lake has a very famous beach called Crystal beach. They call it Crystal beach, because long ago the water was crystal clear. It is also famous for gold mining. People ended their lives, because of diseases or injuries. People still dedicate the people who ended their lives. Kirkland is a very green place, because its like living in the forest. Wherever you you look outside, there is green. When you go to Kirkland lake you will finally understand the meaning and shade of green. People don’t get along so much to. Kirkland lake is a very nice place for scenic beauty and looking` at statues and to stay with family. Above all I love Canada.
