Ingredients: Whole chicken -1pc, Thyme -5 strands, Lime leaves- 5 pcs, Paprika-1 tsp, garlic cloves -10 pcs, Lime juice-1/4 cup, salt sugar Vegetable oil-1/3 cup, sesame oil-2 tbsp
Steps: After washing the whole chicken under cold water, dry it carefully to remove all the liquids from the skin. Insert thyme and lime leaves between the skin and into the cavity. Also, insert a whole lime in half inside the cavity with 4 pieces of garlic cloves. Massage the whole chicken with paprika, salt, sugar, sesame oil and lime juice. Add garlic cloves and thyme into the pan with few lime leaves. Marinade the whole chicken for 5-6 hours into the freeze, the best result will be achieved by overnight marination. When ready to roast, put the oils all over the chicken. roast it under 450 F for 1 hour until the internal temperature reaches 165-170 degrees. During the process of roasting, bring out the chicken several times and bast it with the oil in the pan so that the chicken does not get dry. after an hour when the chicken is golden brown, bring it out and serve it roasted vegetable or spicy rice.
