Ingredients:
Chicken: 2 lbs
Garam masala: 1 tbs
Ground pepper : ¼ tbs
Green chilies : 3 medium size
Garlic: 1 tbs
Ginger: 1½ tbs
Lemon juice: 2½ tbs
Cilantro: 3 tbs
Turmeric: ½ tsp
Onion: 1 cup
Lemon zest: 1½ tbs
Direction
Step one: Blend onion, cilantro, ginger, garlic, green chillies to make a green paste. Marinade the chicken for 1 hour. Step two: Heat up 1/3 cup oil and add the chicken. cook it until the chicken gets soft and brown. Serve it with paratha or Naan roti. p
