Ingredients:
Salmon : one medium fillet
Dijon Mustard : 1 tbls
Onion : one medium
(finely chopped)
Garlic: 1 tbls
Cumin powder : ½ tbls
Cream: ½ cup
Tomato paste : 3 tbls
Veggie stock : ½ cup
Direction: Step one: Pan fry the salmon fillet with black pepper, thyme and salt. Fry the fish untill it’s nicely cooked inside out. On a separate pan saute the onion and garlic at first then add rest of the ingredients to create the gravy.Prepare some fresh vegetables on the side.
