Salmon fillet with mustard gravy

Ingredients:

Salmon : one medium fillet

Dijon Mustard : 1 tbls

Onion : one medium
(finely chopped)

Garlic: 1 tbls

Cumin powder : ½ tbls

Cream: ½ cup

Tomato paste : 3 tbls

Veggie stock : ½ cup

Direction: Step one: Pan fry the salmon fillet with black pepper, thyme  and salt. Fry the fish untill it’s nicely cooked inside out. On a separate pan saute the onion and garlic at first then add rest of the ingredients to create the gravy.Prepare some fresh vegetables on the side. Serve the fish with the gravy and vegetables together. from your account on
